Hours and Student Use

 
Monday - Friday  7:30 AM to 3:15PM. 

Students may visit the library at any time during the school day, either in conjunction with their entire class or independently with teacher permission. A signed pass in the student's agenda book is required for media access during the school day if the student is not accompanied by his/her classroom teacher.

The WRM Middle School library opens half an hour before the start of the school day and closes half an hour following the end of the school day. All students are welcome to use the library at these times to select books or conduct research. (The library is closed after school on the third Thursday of every month due to the Faculty Meeting.)

Twice monthly students are invited to eat lunch in the library with Mrs. O'Toole and other members of their grade level to listen to booktalks and discuss great reads. For additional information, please see our "Devouring Books Lunch Bunch" page under Reading Promotion.

Students may visit the library for the last 15 minutes of their lunch period any day during the week but must have obtained a laminated Library Lunch Pass from their homeroom teacher that morning and should sign-in at the circulation desk upon arrival.
